This 360° feedback survey is aimed at individuals that lead leaders who in turn lead others as well as business units. You may be a director or president of a company and have several layers of leaders who report to you directly or indirectly. It will help you identify the great leadership you have displayed in the past and the things you do which contribute to your team, business units and organizations success and wellbeing. This survey benchmarks your own view of your leadership vs. the view of your boss/chairman, your peers and your leadership team. The survey assesses you through the philosophy of Leadership Cake:

This is an individually completed survey. We will provide you with a personalised report with your feedback included. If you have access to a coach or co-worker who can help you interpret the report and plan your actions this is ideal for you. If you would like some support along the way, choose ‘360º Guided Survey and Coaching’ – you will be assigned your own personal coach to help with the set up and evaluate the responses in your report.

360º Guided Survey and Coaching
You will be allocated a personal coach who will help you through the set up of your survey. Once completed and you are in receipt of your report, your coach will spend up to one hour helping you interpret and evaluate the responses and help you construct your own personal strategy to develop your recipe for success in leadership. You can also add-on additional coaching sessions to support your on going development.
